Book Early: We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your place, as spaces are limited and packages may sell out.

Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your booking. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation by the traveller.

Valid Passport: All travellers must have a valid passport that meets the requirements for travel and Umrah visa processing. It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure their passport is valid before booking.

Accurate Information: All information provided during the booking process must be accurate and match the traveller’s official documents.

Visa Requirements: Umrah visa approval is subject to the relevant requirements and authorities. Providing a booking does not guarantee visa approval.

Travel Documents: Travellers are responsible for providing the required documents within the requested timeframe to avoid delays with their booking or visa application.

Package Availability: Flights, hotels and other arrangements are subject to availability and may be subject to change where necessary.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend all Umrah and Hajj travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before travelling, including suitable medical and personal accident cover.

Liability: We take reasonable care to support your journey; however, our liability for injuries, illness, loss, or damage is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
